Michael Carne, Investment Banker I started losing my hair when I was 20 years old. When I was 19, I parted my hair down the middle, when I was 20, I combed it over from the side. And it was pretty hard at that age to be losing your hair. It certainly wasn't the norm and it made me very self-conscious about my hair loss. You know, I have to say, I was apprehensive about having surgery and I also want to emphasize that the people at Connecticut Hair Transplant were very prepared to handle my concerns and possible objections to anything that happens in the surgical process. What I found is that they did a very good job of preparing me for what to expect. There was a very detailed checklist of what to go through before the surgery and we went through a detailed checklist after the surgery. The doctor was there on hand to tell me exactly what to expect and what I would feel and they really went out of their way to make the process go as easily and comfortably as possible. Well, you know, my children now know for Christmas and holidays, they can give Dad a wonderful gift of hair. And I want to let them know that in the future if they want to do something great for Dad, that's always possible. But, what I've given to them is the sense that they don't have to be anxious about their hair line. What's natural to you? What's natural to me is simply being able to walk outside and not have someone point to your head and say "Gee, he's got a cornstalk growing out of his hair. Dr. Goldstien is that individual that made me as a client feel that that wasn't going to happen. As a high school principal I'm around kids an awful lot, they tell you exactly what they feel at any time. And being around kids seven days a week, it was absolutely undetectable, I mean no one knew and it was only a week after the surgery that I was back to work. And no one knew, it was absolutely undetectable! My secretary knew that it was done and I asked each day and each day it just looked better and now it almost a year later I can say that I am absolutely, thoroughly pleased with the work that Dr. Goldstien has done and in addition to that, I had the opportunity to look at doctors and investigate procedures that were done both in New York and California. I know it may seem like California is the place for these kinds things to be done, but I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Goldstien and somewhat shocked that someone with his talent would be right here, right in my backdoor. So, as far as I'm concerned, you don't need to go two hours, or three thousand miles away to get the kind of work that you might think the doctors in Hollywood are known for.
